I have a 30-year background in theatre, professional acting, and singing. I have performed extensively in small-scale touring productions. Collaborations include: Eastern Angles Theatre, Bury St. Edmunds Theatre Royal and The Hal Company .

My musical collaborations, which are rooted in European cabaret and jazz, span international projects, notably with singer Anne-Marie Blink, and pianist, composer and choir conductor Harrie Herfst, Autumn Leaves Productions. Together we have produced extensive performances and workshops across venues in the Netherlands and the UK.

Our association has included coaching choirs and facilitating therapeutic workshops for performing artists and communities.

Alongside my creative performance career, for the past 20 years I have been a Lead Associate for Resonance Voice Training Ltd, delivering performance and voice coaching as well as co-creating bespoke training courses for organisations in the business sector.

As a freelance arts professional, I have also partnered with organisations across the arts, business, health and education sectors to create workshops and training that uses performance skills and methodology to facilitate positive change at both individual and cultural levels. These include The Green Light Trust, Park Sims Associates, Family Action and ROH-Bridge.

I have been a practicing Buddhist and member of Soka Gakkai International (a lay Buddhist organization for the creation of value) for 36 years and am committed to our SGI-UK motto, 'Trust through friendship, peace through trust.' Respect, equality and belief in everyone's potential are core principles which inform me and my work.
